We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19

Dear Grooms by Meg community,

We take the health of our clients and community very seriously. We are making the following changes to our operating procedures due to COVID-19:

• While Grooms by Meg has always been a low volume one on one experience, we are taking even more steps to ensure minimal contact between clients. During this time we will be adding extra time between scheduled appointments to avoid arrival overlaps. Only one client will be allowed in the lobby at a time.

• We will be sanitizing all handles and surfaces between clients.

• We will be using a payment processing device that accepts contactless payments such as Apple Pay.

• We will be installing a second pet gate to our lobby for use during drop off and pick up to facilitate social distancing between groomer and client.

• We are encouraging our clients to wear a mask any time they need to be outside their home.
