PACKERLAND WEJOIN RULES
EFFECTIVE September 1, 2026
MEMBERS: Must have 1 full year of volunteer hours completed to use WeJoin
BOARD OF DIRECTORS & CLUB OFFICERS: May sign up for 3 free hours per week. Signup opens Monday after 9:00 a.m. for the following week.
TRAINERS & ASSISTANTS: May sign up for 3 free hours per week during the session they are teaching. Signup opens Monday after 9:00 a.m. for the following week.
CLUB MEMBERS: May sign up for a maximum of three (3) hours per week, 1 free hour and 2 additional hours at $10.00 per hour. Signup for the free hour opens Wednesday after 9:00 a.m. for the following week, signup for the additional 2 hours opens Friday after 9:00 a.m. for the following week.
NO guests will be allowed to sign up on WeJoin. If, as a member of PKC, you are sharing the floor with another member, you both must sign up on WeJoin and sign in the book upon arrival. Payment is required if this is not your free hour.
“NOT TRAINING” is no longer accepted.
Upon arrival at Club building, please sign in on the WeJoin sheet kept in the WeJoin Sign Up folder on the kitchen counter. Please PRINT your full name and remaining information i.e. is this first hour free, 2nd hour or 3rd hour.
USE OF AGILITY EQUIPMENT AT THE CLUB BUILDING
Safe use of Agility equipment requires knowledge of the equipment and its proper use. For this reason, the following Rules of Use have been developed.
USE OF CONTACTS: Contacts may be used by anyone who currently teaches or has previously taught agility classes or has competed in Agility
Note: As a reminder, contacts are heavy and awkward. They may require two people to set up.
USE OF JUMPS, TUNNELS, AND WEAVE POLES: may be used by anyone who currently teaches or has previously taught Agility classes, has competed in Agility or is currently taking Agility classes.
CLEANING EQUIPMENT: Anyone using the equipment must immediately clean up any spills or accidents that may occur on the equipment (i.e. if your dog urinates or has a bowel movement in a tunnel, it must be cleaned up immediately).

Nonpayment results in suspension of floor privileges until payment is made in full.
Three (3) no-shows will result in the loss of WeJoin signup privileges for one month
All equipment must be returned to its proper location before the end of your training time.
Cleanup supplies are available at the front and rear of the training floor. Please clean up all spills or accidents including water left on the floor after giving your dog a drink.
