Dr. Jammie will be on family vacation next week from 7/26 through 8/2. You will still be able to schedule appointments with Megan by calling 920-228-1441.

Great Lakes Equine, LLC will provide EMERGENCY services for equine clients while he is on vacation. If you have an emergency, please let the staff know when/if you call that Dr. Jammie is your primary vet to help facilitate the process. We're grateful to them for providing emergency service to our equine clients so Dr. Jammie can get away with his family.

Dear Country Heart Veterinary Service clients,

Dr. Jammie will be out of state attending an event with family, so there will not be regular appointments or emergency veterinary services beginning this afternoon through Sunday.

If your pet or animal requires urgent or emergency care during this time, please contact Great Lakes Equine or We Care Animal Hospital.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support of our practice. Spending time with family is important, and we are grateful for the opportunity to do so. We look forward to serving you again when we return on Monday.
