Did you know proper UVB lighting plays a HUGE role in the health of many exotic pets, especially reptiles? 🦎☀️

UVB lighting helps support vitamin D3 production, calcium absorption, and healthy bone development. Without proper lighting, exotic animals can be at risk for serious health issues over time.

Different exotic species have different lighting and habitat needs, which is why proper setup is so important for long-term health and wellness. 🐢✨

Hi there! My name is Warrior.

My previous home only fed me greens and ham, but boy, was I missing out! After my mom, Raija (a Gentle Vet team member), adopted me, she showed me just how many other foods are out there—and I LOVE them all!

Now I have a very important job. There are a LOT of duties assigned to me:

• Supervising support staff while they work (usually from their shoulder or a pocket)

• Making sure equipment is in tip-top shape (I'm really good at sitting still!)

• Finishing their extra fruits and veggies after lunch (I make sure no leftovers are left behind!)

While I don't get ham anymore, my dinnertime crickets are pretty darn close. 🦗
