Local peeps!  Ever been curious about dog shows and what takes place at them? Ever wanted to see hundreds of dogs gathered in one place? This is your chance… June 4 -7 at the Manitowoc County Fairgrounds.
We will be there showing Thursday through Saturday between nine and 10 each day. Parking is five dollars, but there is no entry fee.

No unentered dogs allowed.

Wrecker wanted to remind everyone to not leave your dogs in a hot car. Not even for a few minutes when you run in the grocery store, not with the windows cracked, not with water available. Some crazy lady is likely to bust out your window. Me…I am the crazy lady!

Since these five apparently have entered the “f*ck you” phase of thier lives, they have shredded 2 new to us couches in the last 48 hours. Anybody have any ideas on alternatives? We have tried dog beds, but they will shred those too and drag them outside. Help!!

Folks, I’m not looking for recommendations for chews. They have everything that is safe for them under the sun. I am looking for recommendations for durable bedding options

A few housekeeping things:
Please do not allow your dogs to run loose from the car to the kennel.
Please keep your head and hands on the entry side of the gate. Not all dogs are friendly.
Some of you have begun seeing additional charges to your grooming bills. When you have a dog that has gone an extended period without being groomed, it takes me extra time. Multiple baths, extreme matting, deshedding when a dog has gone through multiple shedding seasons as well as additional wear and tear on my blades. So while I am not increasing my rates at this time, I will be charging for the additional time it is taking.
