After a very stressful and frustrating week, and a lot of soul-searching, I have decided that effective immediately I will begin charging fees for the following:
$10 per day for nonpayment of fees. All fee should be paid at the time of service. If I have to send a reminder text and any subsequent texts, I will be charging $10 per day.
$10 for no call/no show appointments
$10 per 15 minutes of being late for appointments , drop offs and pick ups. All of my services are by appointment only. Being that I work seven days a week about 355 days a year I cannot expect to be available every minute of every day.
$10 for showing up without a set time.

Guys, I love my job! And I truly try to be as flexible as possible. But sometimes when you give an inch, people take a mile and that’s where I feel like we are at right now.
