To end our Appreciation Week, we're celebrating the dream duo: our Veterinarians!
Behind every diagnosis is a doctor piecing together signs and symptoms. Behind every treatment plan is a series of careful decisions. And behind every patient who gets a little extra time, a second look, or a different approach is a veterinarian determined to find the best way forward. Today, we're celebrating the women who carry that responsibility every day: Dr. Strickfaden and Dr. Heintz!
Dr. Strickfaden has built more than a veterinary practice. She's created a place where thoughtful medicine, compassionate care, and a welcoming environment go hand in hand. Her vision continues to shape the way we care for our patients and support the people who love them. Dr. Heintz brings her own unique strengths to that mission, with a passion for exotic animal medicine and integrative care that allows us to think beyond the conventional and help patients of all species. Together, they bring different perspectives and areas of expertise to the same goal: helping animals live healthier, happier lives.
Veterinary medicine requires a lifetime of learning, a willingness to question what you know, and the ability to make difficult decisions when the answers aren't always clear. Our doctors bring that dedication to every patient's situation, whether they're researching something new, performing surgery, exploring treatment options, or helping a worried pet parent understand what's next. Just as importantly, they share their knowledge with our team, encouraging others to grow and helping create a workplace where learning never stops.
Dr. Strickfaden and Dr. Heintz, thank you for the thought, heart, and hard work you pour into this practice. The difference you make isn't measured only in diagnoses or treatments, but also in the trust you've built with families, the confidence you've helped foster in your team, and the countless animals whose lives are better because of you. We're incredibly grateful to have you leading the way!
Have a story, a favorite memory, or a special thank-you for either of our doctors? We'd love to hear it in the comments! š¾
