To all our boarding clients. We've had to make some changes effective immediately. We appreciate you understanding. We've had this sign up since January, but figure fb might be a better place to put it.
Grooming prices have also increased. Thank you!
We understand some of these may be difficult, but when we have people canceling last minute, we can't fill that spot and therefore are losing money. We understand things happen beyond your control and we reserve the right to use judgement on that. However these changes are necessary to keep us in business.
Same thing goes for people picking up earlier then scheduled. It's not that we mind, however, again, you pick up early, we can't fill the spot and are losing money on it. Its just like a hotel. Many of those and other boarding facilities have policies very similar to these. We thank you for understanding.
