Black Beauty was part of our family for over 5 1/2 years and was loved unconditionally. She was diagnosed a while back with a brain tumor that was inoperable and still had a great quality of life. When she let us know that it was time, our staff was there with her.
"I didn't want to leave without saying good-bye to everyone. Today I crossed over the Rainbow Bridge with a loving staff member by my side. I went peacefully knowing that I was so loved and still so loved. I may not have had a last name but had a wonderful family with all of you. Thank you for all the care and love...I know everyone deals with losses in personal ways. Itโ€™s okay to cry, to be mad, to wish you had done this or thatโ€ฆI hope, however, that you can understand and realize how much of a difference each one of you made in my life and you make in all the other catsโ€™ and dogsโ€™ lives. My heart is filled with your love. You never give up on any of us โ€“ truly unconditional love, something that few are able to experience. Until we meet again,"
