Prairie Crossing Stable Prairie Crossing Stable is a small boarding stable in east Grayslake, IL. Ride from stable directly onto miles of trails connecting to forest preserve trails.

Turnout in grass pastures. Large outdoor arena. 12 x 12 stalls with windows and rubber mats. Prairie Crossing Stable in east Grayslake near Libertyville is in the Prairie Crossing community. You can ride direct from the stable onto miles of trails within Prairie Crossing, connecting to Forest Preserve and Des Plaines River Trail. Grazing is on 16 acres of pastures. 💔 over the sudden loss of Scout yesterday. He was the steady Eddie of Prairie Crossing, always keeping the crew in line and never getting upset about anything. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed, especially by his BFF Bay. R.I.P. Scout. Thoughts and prayers going out to Bay and their owners. 🙏🏻
