What an absolutely awesome last 2 weekends we had- racing good horses with great people!

We started off last weekend with the NBHA Maine state championships.
Every single rider came to ride their best and it showed with many personal bests.

Aubree, Mackenzie and Micayla qualified for the final round on Tango, Allie & Austin. And Mackenzie placed 2nd in the 4D open for the whole state!

Aubree and tango had tough luck in the finals round; but they did receive the 2D youth reserve champion title, for 2026!

Olivia, Trinity and Micayla all rode their hearts out and had many positive runs!

This past weekend a few of us hit Falls creek in Moosup CT. What a fantastic facility! Aubree and Tango placed in the youth against 90 FAST & competitive horses. Cayla and Austin got their new fastest time and so did Kenzie and Allie! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Thank you to all of our friends and family who help get the girls down the road.

And a huge thank you to their sponsors. That helped more than you know and the girls appreciate everything you do for them!

Not even a broken foot can keep Liv from the barn. This girl rode one of my horses, bathed her horse, grazed her and cleaned the two stall rest stalls after school & she even surprised me with filling hay nets; while I was on the tractor! 💪🏼

We love strong girls around here! 🩷

*don’t worry her dr said she can ride now!*

Please join us in supporting & holding Jazmin and her daughter in our hearts. For many years Jaz was a helping hand, a kind hug and a welcomed face- along side our veterinarian. She and her daughter are going through the unimaginable and any help or share is greatly appreciated.

Your community is behind you Jazmin & we love you! ❤️

On Wednesday, Sept. 16, my sister Jazmin’s best friend and husb… Gabrielle DeRice needs your support for Helping Jazmin and Her Daughter Navigate Life Ahead

We are thinking of our boarder Janice as she said goodbye to her partner of 22 years “Boston Spice” yesterday.

It’s been a sad few weeks here at the farm. To have cared for these horses in their older years- and to stand by their owners as they made the heartbreaking choice to say goodbye and lay them to rest, peacefully together under the apple tree. Is also such a blessing.

Janice still has her very special guy Jamo here to comfort her & her whole barn family. ❤️

Until we see you again, spice girl.

31 very good years being the best girl & partner for her mom.

Almost 4 years ago Meaghan, my dad and I set out for a 24 hour round trip to get Saxy from a holding pen in Pennsylvania.

Meg had come to me with Saxys story and a desire to help her find a new, safe home. I remember texting her “okay I’m down. Let’s bring her home and we will figure out the rest later.”

We watched as news of Saxys story made air time on 207 Maine. We had strangers dropping off donations with tear filled eyes, thanking us for saving her. New and old friends came for years to spend time with her and Meg used her to help give therapy to so many greatful humans.

But The real truth has always been, that Saxy saved all of us. She showed us that through kindness, understanding and a whole lot of love anything is possible.

Today we laid Saxy to rest- right next to her mom. Not many horses get this ending. To be surrounded by people who always did the best by them and to be eternally resting with their mom. Every part of Saxys story was so perfectly written and unique. We will miss her messy nose in the morning and her great hugs; and we will always remember everything she so freely gave to us. ❤️

Rest well over the rainbow bridge. Saxy Girl.

These girls absolutely killed it at the skowhegan fair last week!

We are so proud of them and all of their hard work this season. With just a handful of races left we are moving full speed into fair season!

Come see the girls at the Windsor Fair this Saturday- the show begins at 9am! A big bonus is that you get to see all the fair has to offer as well!

Huge thank you to our big season sponsors. We are so blessed to have all of your support!

Our hearts are with our boarder and friend Kathy today as she said goodbye to her partner Jackie- Jackie was a sweet and sometimes sassy girl- who absolutely LOVED her fresh bananas and rolling in the indoor.

Jackie went on a nice, warm summer day surrounded by her favorite people- where she can be pain free forever. Run fast over the rainbow bridge to all of your pals, Jackie. ❤️
