The Gold Country Kennel Club Dog Show was such a blast, and we could not be prouder of our Rally crew! This group showed up, brought their A-game, and had SO much fun doing it.

🎉 First time in the ring: shoutout to a few of our pairs on their show debut - you crushed it!

🏅 New titles earned: huge congrats our pairs achieving their titles! All that hard work in paid off in advancing to the next level.

Thank you for letting us be part of your dog's journey - moments like this are exactly why we do what we do. 💛

🐾 Take the Lead is proud to offer a FREE lesson to every dog adopted from an animal shelter! 🐾

This morning we had the joy of working with a sweet pup on her very first lesson with her brand-new family - what a perfect way to kick off this next chapter together! Watching a shelter dog settle into her new home and start building trust and skills with his people is exactly why we do this.

Congratulations to Greg & Nova for finding each other!

🐾 Rally show prep is underway! 🐾

We're looking forward to the Gold Country Kennel Club AKC All-Breed Dog Show on Saturday, August 29, and Sunday, August 30 at the Nevada County Fairgrounds! We have a fantastic group planning to compete, with everyone from first-time exhibitors to teams working toward new Rally titles. If you've been thinking about giving Rally a try, there's still time to sign up for the show. Whether you're ready to compete or just want to learn more about the sport, we'd love to have you join us.

Don't forget that our pop-up Rally practices on Sundays are still happening (ask me for details!), so there's plenty of opportunity to get in some extra practice.

If you're interested in exploring Rally, send me a message. We'd be happy to help you get started! 🐕🏅
