Lucy's first adoption applications are not a match so she's still searching for her home. She's an amazing girl!

🐾 Meet Lucy — 14 lbs of pure "Respect My Authoritah!" 🐾

It's rare I post about rescues because it's not what we do here - but this gal stole my heart and she's looking for you!

Lucy is a 14 lb, 4–4.5-year-old Maltese/Shih Tzu mix who was found wandering by the highway earlier this year. She's now searching for her forever home.

She's cautious at first, but warms up quickly with a full-body wag and snuggles -- just give her some space to choose. She gets along with other big and little dogs, cats, pigs and chickens.

Lucy just needs someone dog-savvy, home more often than not, and ready to treat her like a big dog and not a purse accessory.

$150 re-homing fee • spayed/vaccinated/micro-chipped • behavior consult + 2 months of training included

Interested or want to meet her? Call/text 530-430-3647 (DOGS) or drop a reply. There is an application process.

Sometimes your yard is not your yard.

Fence repair.
Lawn treatment.
The landscaping crew who left the gate open three times.

Your yard may be temporarily out of commission but your dog still wants to play.

Our Sniffspot can be booked by the half hour — so your dog can keep running while you deal with whatever chaos is happening at home.

What IS a Sniffspot?

Luna making her debut at the Palm Springs International Film festival. She was stopped by everyone for selfie and some love walking down Palm Canyon Drive. And now she's just OVER it all...

PS No, she's NOT in a movie, but she did sniff some celebrity butts.

Never ceases to amaze me how a dog...this Luna dog...can train 15 humans in less than 24 hours. She has people jumping up to open doors for her, feeding her scraps and treats, playing ball, asking if she's okay. Yet, it takes 1 human YEARS to train just one dog. ❤️🤔
