Meet Paige! Paige has been in the veterinary field for about 15 years and helping animals is one of her biggest passions in life. You can bet that any social gathering, you will find Paige next to the dog or the cat. Her other passion in life is being a mom to her 2-year-old daughter, who loves animals as much as she does. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cuddling her dogs, playing softball, spending time outdoors, and cheering on her favorite sports teams (the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Guardians, and Cleveland Browns). Paige has 3 sweet fur babies - a Golden Retriever named Gus, a Shepherd mix named Payton, and a gray tabby cat named Lucy.
If you are in the clinic, you will probably hear her announce "that is the cutest thing I've ever seen" when referring to just about every patient.

Meet Amber! Amber has worked in the veterinary field since 2014, and joined Animal Dermatology in 2024. She has always loved working with animals. She enjoys working with clients to help them make a difference in their pets lives. When she is not working, she does enjoy showing her Goldens in AKC conformation shows and collecting pokemon cards because having one expensive hobby wasn't enough. She also enjoys gaming and watching her favorite shows like Big Brother. Her favorite dog breeds are Goldens and German shepherds. Amber shows so much compassion and love for our clients and patients every day.

In honor of employee appreciation week, we would love for you to learn a little more about our amazing staff. Meet Dr. Gil!
Dr. Natalia Gil graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 and completed her dermatology residency at the University of Florida in 2024. She is a board-certified veterinary dermatologist and has been part of the Animal Dermatology Group team in Grapevine for a little over two years. She loves helping pets with skin and allergy conditions live happier, more comfortable lives! Outside of work, Natalia enjoys hiking, traveling, Pilates, reading, and spending time with her two cats, Paloma and Carlos!

Meet Stephanie! Stephanie has been working in the Veterinary field since 1997. She then went and graduated from Sul Ross State university in 2001 with an Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology. She has worked in a variety of fields in animal medicine such as general practice, Internal Medicine, Radiology and of course Dermatology. She is our Licensed Vet Tech in the Grapevine location and our food champion which means she works with our doctors on providing information on prescription diets for food allergic patients.
In her free time she is spending time with her family. Chilling with Dasher(Toy Aussie) and Harley(Hedgehog). She loves spending a lot of time with her daughter who is a springboard diver so is traveling to meets often. Watching a new dive amazes her every time.
Along with her love for cruising, hiking and camping is a new love she has found with her boyfriend. They are currently training for a backpacking trip in Arkansas.

In honor of employee appreciation week, we would love for you to learn a little more about our amazing staff. Meet Ashlee! Ashlee has been apart of our team here at animal dermatology since 2021. When not at work, she loves to spend her time with her two boys and Husband, reading, playing with her husky, dinners with friends and family, and taking in every chance to fill her life with love. Ashlee feels blessed to be able to provide the animals and their owners with the care, support, and compassion that they seek for their babies.

In honor of employee appreciation week, we would love for you to learn a little more about our wonderful staff! Meet Emma! Emma joined our team this year after moving from Washington state. She has a passion for working with animals and their humans, always approaching a conversation with empathy and understanding. When she isn't caring for patients, you can find her spending time with her labrador, Koe or snuggling up with her sweet kitten, Yuki. Outside of work, Emma enjoys antique thrift shopping, baking, and watching movies she hasn't seen yet. Emma's love for animals challenges her everyday to deliver a quality standard of care for the fur babies that come to our clinic! We are so grateful for all of Emma's hard work, dedication, and compassion for our patients.

Hot pavement, sand, grass, and seasonal allergies can all contribute to irritation this time of year. Keep an eye out for excessive licking, redness between the toes, limping, or dry paw pads.
