Yesterday, Sorelle—our six-year-old mare by Billy Echo LLF—stepped into the jumper ring for the very first time at Swan Lake, and she did not disappoint.

She brought home 3rd and 4th place finishes, showing incredible poise and heart. What makes this even more special is her journey—just a few months ago, she was earning ribbons in the five-year-old materiale class at Dressage at Devon. Now, she’s embraced her new career as a jumper with remarkable talent, confidence, and enthusiasm.

So thrilled with this mare and everything she’s becoming.

Welcome to the family, Billy O’Boylan! He’s the first foal by our stallion Billy Echo LLF to be born in 2026. The dam is Conradeen Z, an accomplished jumper and proven broodmare.
“Billy Boy” is named in honor of David’s maternal grandfather, John J. Boylan, the son of an Irish emigre, born in 1888 in Strong City, Kansas, the same year as the Oklahoma Land Rush. Mr. Boylan went to work for the railroads as an 11-year-old boy to help support his mother and five younger siblings. He remained there for his entire career, rising to the level of a senior executive at the Railway Express Company.
