Free dog adoptions continue through Halloween, and these are just a few of our newest adoptable dogs. It's a great time to bring home love!

Not only are adoptions sponsored, but every adopter also gets to bring home a new adopter pack donated by Southern Oregon Subaru. There are goodies like a new leash, heavy duty toys, p**p bags - the essentials!

You can learn more about these pups and more at www.jocoshelter.com/adoptions

*****ADOPTED******Tobe is a sweet boy at about 1.5 years old and about 65 lbs. He's a well-rounded boy who has lived with small kids, cats and has done well meeting dogs. He will greet you by crawling on the ground and showing off his belly. If you get down to his level, he will crawl up to you and sit up into your chest while giving you face kisses. Every once in a while he can be nervous with new men, but sit down on his level and he'll be in your lap in no time. This boy is as sweet as can be and would love to find a home with someone who will help him build his confidence and stay by his side. Are you looking for a forever best friend? If so, come check out Tobe!

He's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. He is $185 to bring home!

If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458. You can view more adoptable pets at www.jocoshelter.com/adoptions . Walk-ins are welcome, however we highly recommend calling first to check on availability and location (some animals may be offsite or unavailable). Appointments are recommended to reduce wait times, especially for dogs. Thank you!

Whopper is a distinguished gentleman at about 4 years old and 109 lbs. Don't let his size fool you, he is a bit overweight and he needs help on his weight-loss journey. Is he still a big dog? Yes. Is he a great dog? Also yes. He has met other dogs here and has done well with both males and females and respects boundaries given by other dogs. He is one of our best walkers on leash-- If he pulls too much on leash, he is easy to correct and get back at a nice pace. Whopper loves attention from his favorite people and will cuddle up into your lap and start licking your face all over. He is very treat motivated and so far we have learned he knows 'sit'. We aren't too sure on his history with kids or cats, but we hope he could do well with proper introductions. Whopper is super smart and looking for someone who understands the shepherd drive!

He is fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. He is $185 to bring home!
