- 🥰 Very sweet and friendly!

He’s a beautiful cream-colored kitty with blue eyes, and we’d love to help him find his way back home if he has a family missing him!

Our family emergency has been resolved, and we are happy to say that we are back to our regular schedule! ❤️

This means we now have a few openings available Thursday and Friday for appointments.

📢 IMPORTANT SCHEDULE & STAFFING NOTICE 📢

Tolo Veterinary Clinic will be CLOSED Monday, October 5th due to a family emergency affecting one of our staff members.

We will also be very short-staffed throughout next week as our team supports our staff member and their family during this difficult time. ❤️

Because of our limited staffing, our ability to accommodate urgent and emergency cases will be extremely limited. We ask that clients with urgent or emergency needs plan ahead and seek care through Viking Veterinary Hospital or Washington State University (WSU).

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding, patience, and support as we take care of one of our own. Our team will continue doing our best to care for our scheduled patients and keep our normal services running as much as possible.

If you have an appointment next week, we will be in touch throughout today to reschedule if necessary. Thank you for understanding. ❤️

We’d like to take a moment to share something that is important to us as a team.

First and foremost, we are incredibly grateful for the many wonderful clients who support our clinic, appreciate our staff for who they are, and trust us with the care of their animals. The overwhelming majority of our interactions with our clients are positive, kind, and respectful, and we truly appreciate that.

However, we have received enough negative comments regarding the personal appearance and style of members of our team that we feel it is important to address.

At Tolo Veterinary Clinic, we are fortunate to have a staff made up of individuals with different personalities, backgrounds, and personal styles. We believe those differences are part of what makes a great team.

We also believe that professionalism is about much more than someone’s appearance. It is reflected in how a person treats others, the pride they take in their work, their willingness to help their teammates, and—most importantly to us—the compassion and care they show every animal entrusted to them.

Our team members may have tattoos, different hairstyles, or their own individual sense of style; those things do not determine the quality of care they provide, their work ethic, or the kind of people they are.

We will always welcome respectful and constructive feedback regarding your experience at our clinic and the care your pets receive. At the same time, we ask that our staff be treated with the same kindness and respect that we expect them to extend to every client who walks through our doors.

We are proud of our team and the compassion, dedication, and hard work they bring to the clinic each day. At the end of the day, what matters most to us isn't what someone looks like—it's how they show up for our patients, our clients, and one another.
