SJF Equestrian Center will be closed for the winter. I will resume with clients May23rd 2018. Sometimes you just need an extended vacation...😊 I would like to thank my clients that have supported me. I love and will miss seeing you all so much!
The experiences St Joe Farm has given me I am truly grateful for... who knows what the future will bring?.. but it is sure to be exciting as always.

I will have individual pasture space available for rent at St. Joseph's Farm Located in Granger Indiana. Space will be available beginning on October 1st. This is a great opportunity to house your horse at a beautiful historic, and very unique farm, at an affordable price! Space is very limited. You will have the option of keeping your space private, or sharing it for a reduced rate. Only 2 horses per lot. You are able to customize your space if you would like.

Lot space includes :

~Very large shelter with lights. Shelters range in sizes 70'L X 30'W to 70'L X 20' W
~Spacious turnout area
~Automatic waterers
~Three board wooden fence, with two stand electric
~ Quality grass alfalfa mix round bales provided
~ Area for feed storage

Access to
~ 60 x 90 indoor arena (estimated will measure today)
~ 180 x 290 outdoor arena actually measured today. Sorry was guestamation prior
~ Trail riding

Each horse owner will be responsible for the care of their horse(s), providing grain and supplements if needed, and a regular worming schedule. If it is difficult to make it out in the morning to care for your horse, there will be the option for A.M. feeding for an additional fee. Owners will need to be able to care for their horse(s) in P.M. Also will be responsible for maintaining their space.
Perfect for the horse owners that like to have control over their horses care, but do not have property at home!

Prices
~ Private space $250
~ Shared space (2) horses $175
~ A.M feeding $5 per day. Or every morning add $100 to the monthly rate.
