Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. No previous experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need! This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates in biology, natural resource management, or related fields who want hands-on experience working with aquatics, pets, and the public.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
• Learn to care for aquatic animals, reptiles, and other pets in the store
• Handle transactions accurately at the cash register
• Stock and organize merchandise to keep displays clean and inviting
• Support the team with daily operations and store upkeep
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every visitor has a great experience
