LEHS Autumn Classic & Finals

🥕Jacey and Judy Hopps partnered up for another successful show! Jacey and Judy received a 2nd in the Novice hunter over fences and a 3rd in the equitation on the flat. Jacey also tried jumpers for the first time taking home 3rd and 5th in the beginner jumpers! Thank you Sydney Weise and MarvelX Equestrian for allowing us to borrow Judy!

🥕Gracie and Matilda won both the pony hunter and equitation flat classes, were 5th in pony hunter over fences and 9th in the pony medal. On Friday night they had a very exciting win in the hunter derby out of 50 entries! It has been so special watching their partnership this year.

🥕Kinsley and Experiment 626 were champion in the cross rail equitation division with a 2nd in the over fences and the flat! They were also 2nd in the hunter under saddle and received two 5ths in the hunter over fences. Kinsley just started jumping a few months ago and is already proving to be a fierce competitor!

We celebrated 40 years of Lake Effect Horse Shows! It’s hard to believe these were my first classes 20 years ago. We are so thankful to all that are involved in providing a wonderful circuit for us.

I am so impressed by the way these girls show up for their horses, their sport, and each other 🩷

What an amazing week we had at GLEF. We enjoyed the horse show, friends, family, torch lake, ice cream, the Grand Prix, and SO much more!

🌊Kinsley and Experiment 626 had their first show jumping cross rails and earned champion in the cross rail hunters with 2 class wins! She also did the cross rail jumpers, taking home a blue ribbon!

🌊Jacey and Judy Hopps paired up for the week and took home some great ribbons including 2nd in short stirrup equitation o/f and 4th in the short stirrup hunter classic! Jacey did a wonderful job navigating a new pony.

🌊Gracie and Matilda earned great ribbons in the USHJA 2’ and were reserve champion in the intermediate children’s hunters with 3 class wins!

So proud of these girls. Thank you Stephanie Radloff for all your help and MarvelX Equestrian for Judy!
