Tuesday, crew set those alarms. We will meet you at 6am Stovetop Coffee Roasters TOMORROW (Tuesday) for intros, route/safety, and a run or walk…When we’ve returned from our 3 mile run or 1.5 mile walk, we do community announcements and offer up an optional extra 2 miles. Afterwards, hang out with us for some coffee and social time before you head off to work!

More details: the walk is altogether. The run is at your preferred pace (current pace range is approx 8min/mile to 13 min/mile, always with a caboose crew). You’re also welcome to show up for social hour or/and extra 2 around 6.45. Dm us or comment if you have more specific questions.

We hope to see you in the morning! 🖤

Think we got everyone in this pic! Thanks for joining us today, have a great week, and good luck if you're running a Grand Rapids Marathon or Detroit Free Press Marathon event, or any other race this weekend!

See you at Stovetop tomorrow morning at 6 am! Join us for intros and info, a 3 mile run at your preferred pace (current pace range is about 8-12 minutes/mile) or 1.5 mile group walk, then coffee or an optional extra 2 mile run. Can't get out of bed that early? Show up at 6:45 for the extra 2. In any case, it's getting dark out there and lights and reflective gear are crucial for safety, so please bring/wear those.

As always, all are welcome and we love new (and new-to-us) runners, just show up!

More info in our stories/story highlights, and DM us if you have additional questions.

Meet Nygia! Nygia was able to co-captain with us this past Tuesday and has been a regular at LSRC lately. If you haven’t had a chance to chat with Nygia, you should! In the meantime we wanted you all to get to know him a little better…Here are some fun facts:

-He loved Dora as a kid, and his mom went all out on a themed birthday party
-He ran in middle school, high school, and college, and he made a bet with his coach that if he won a national championship, they’d get matching tattoos
-He worked as an EMT for a little over a year because he really enjoys helping people and giving back
-He got his cat in 2023, and the cat was a blood donor who has saved many cat lives
-He is a little obsessed with Jimmy John’s BBQ chips. His fiancé got him 10 bags for his birthday

Thank you, Nygia, for stepping up and helping us make our space extra special. See you next week😎
