Hello everyone! We are a Michigan Rat Breeder, based in Grand Rapids.

Unfortunately a lot of people adopt their rats from pet stores where they’re kept in tanks, have no room to explore and exercise, are kept up to 10 rats in a very small space, and a lot of them ultimately become feeders. Due to them being kept in such poor environments, they are at risk for a lot of health problems. We want you to have a reliable source to adopt from, where you know your rat was bred to have great health and where all the rats are kept in proper environments.
