ATTENTION!!

We are reaching out to let everyone know with Tuesday 7/14 and Wednesday 7/15 reservation for daycare that we will be experiencing extreme heat. Due to the extreme heat we would prefer to close daycare for 7/14 and 7/15 and move all pups to Thursday (7/16) or Friday (7/17) this week. Our main priority is the dog's health and safety and with the weather to come, if you can keep your pups home, that would be the best situation for them. When we combine multiple dogs into an area, along with playing the air can become warmer than what is expected.

Please let us know if we can reschedule your pups to Thursday or Friday this week!

We appreciate your understanding in this situation and we hope to hear from you soon! Please respond back to this message or send a text to (616)735-3191 to change those reservation dates.

🐾Heads up, Pup Parents🐾

On Saturday, July 11th, our team will be taking a quick break from our normal daycare routine for a Team Building Day!🎉

While our daycare will be closed for regular services, our furry guests won't miss out on the fun! Our staff will be checking in throughout the day to make sure every pup gets plenty of love, attention. potty breaks, tail wags and playtime.🐶❤️

Already scheduled to drop off your dog for boarding on July 11th? No worries! Your existing reservation will still be honored as planned.🐾

We'll be back and ready to see your smiling faces on Sunday, July 12th, and will be open our usual hours from 2:00PM-4:00PM.

Attention Customers!
Spring Break Update: 🌴

We are currently full for boarding and have a small waitlist going from April 3rd to April 13th. Please let us know if you would like to be added to the waitlist and what dates you will need and we will contact you if a space opens up for your pup.

We are currently full some days for daycare from April 6th - April 10th. We will be starting a waitlist for daycare please let us know if you need daycare as soon as possible. (No daycare on Sundays)

We ask that all reservations are made by March 31st at 7pm. We will not be accepting daycare reservations after March 31st for spring break. All reservations are accepted on a first come first serve basis.

Looking for a summer job?

We're looking for an energetic, reliable animal lover to join our team for the summer! Pet Villa is a fun, fast paced environment where each day is filled with wagging tails and happy paws.

Responsibilities:
*Supervise playgroups to ensure safe and positive interactions
*Assist with feeding, cleaning and basic care for dogs of all sizes
*Engage dogs in play and enrichment activities
*Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment
*Communicate with pet owners in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
*Love for dogs and comfort handling multiple breeds and sizes
*Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 40 pounds
*Responsible and punctual with strong attention to safety
*Previous animal experience is preferred but not required. Great starter job for any student looking to fill in their time for the summer.

Schedule:
*Seasonal summer position, flexible shifts including some weekends

Attention Customers!

Spring Break Update: 🌴

We are asking for your help in scheduling your pups for their services to allow ample time to schedule staffing for Spring Break. We have 15 spots open each day from April 3rd - April 13th. If you are having trouble accessing your accounts or placing your reservations, please email us at [email protected].
(No daycare on Sundays)

We ask that all reservations are made by March 31st at 7pm. We will not be accepting daycare reservations after March 31st for spring break. We have limited kennel space and sizes for all of our pups who plan to have a sleepover with us. Getting those reservations in will help us know what spaces we have available to better serve you and your pups.

We are currently accepting reservations for boarding services from April 3rd-April 13th. These reservations are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Please get your reservations in asap as we do have a small waiting list started for certain dates.
