DOG OWNERS: PLEASE don't walk your dogs in the heat of the day. Stick to sunrise or closer to sunset.

We are entering our longest/hottest stretch of summer with highs near 100° for the next couple of weeks. Walking on the sidewalk is a no-no with concrete temps up to 130° under the sun. Walking on asphalt is borderline criminal with puppy paws burning quickly on 140°+ temps.

If you can't put your hand on the ground without feeling pain, your pups can't walk on it. This has been a PSA

I love putting the pep back in an older pup's step ☺️
This darling did so well with letting me de-matt and blow out all her undercoat. With a little shaping she was looking her best and pranced out to greet her mom 🐾

Hello all! It's a hot hot summer. Make sure you're doing the best to protect your dogs with proper safety in mind. An easy way to check if it's safe to walk your dog is to stand barefoot on the sidewalk you'll be on. If it's too hot for you, it's too hot for your pet. Those little toes can burn!

Scorching pavement is damaging to dog paws, and especially puppies. So how hot is too hot for a dog's sensitive paw pads?

This little miss is already making leaps in her confidence 💙 she'd been kicked out of a shop for aggressive behavior, but really she's just scared of lots of things and needs a slow and calm approach. This is yet another client who reminds me why I do what I do 🐾💙 they all deserve love and a non-traumatic experience 🐾💙

Finished grooming for the day, so it's time for snuggles. Can't say I am unhappy with this set up lol. Got my book at hand and I'm guessing I'll fall into the peer pressure of a nap as well.

If you have a pet that gets scared by fireworks or storms, this is the product I stand behind to solve the issue. I've used this brand since they came out and talked to the owners back when they first started. There isn't a ton of regulation on C*D products for pets, but Honest Paws does it correctly. I've administered this oil to many clients, at a half dose it just takes the edge off, at a full dose your pup will be mellow and honestly not care about the explosions that would usually cause a panic. I've witnessed no adverse side effects and the next day they are back to normal. Please don't make your suffer through the 4th. Get them some natural help.

Also while this post is about their Calm formula, the Mobility formula is also amazing for seniors who are dealing with joint pain and arthritis!
