🚨 New overnight stay & boarding booking policy

This will apply to any bookings made on or after today (September 30th, 2026).

For overnight stays and in home boarding of 5 nights or more, a 25% non refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your dates.

Longer stays require me to set aside a larger portion of my schedule and may mean turning away other booking requests, so this deposit helps secure your reservation.

Your dates are officially reserved once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of your stay.

🐾 Cancellations:

- 14+ days before your stay: Your deposit can be transferred to a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability.
- Less than 14 days before your stay: The deposit is non refundable. If I’m able to rebook some or all of your cancelled dates, I’m happy to credit or refund the portion I’m able to replace.
- Same day cancellations/no-shows: The full amount of the originally scheduled stay may be due if I’m unable to fill the reservation.

🐾 Shortened stays:

If your plans change and your pet comes home earlier than originally scheduled, the originally reserved nights may still be charged. If I’m able to fill the shortened portion of your stay with another booking, I’ll adjust the balance accordingly.

This policy allows me to keep my calendar fair and predictable while making sure reserved dates aren’t left unavailable to other clients.

Thank you for understanding and helping to keep my small business running. I appreciate you! 🩷
