Grand Prairie Animal Services and Prairie Paws Adoption Center encourage responsible pet ownership and maintain a safe city by offering field enforcement services, educational programs and pet adoptions for Grand Prairie residents. One of the primary goals of Grand Prairie Animal Services is to place as many pets as possible into quality homes with responsible owners. Responsible ownership include

s spaying and neutering, vaccinating for rabies and other diseases, and making sure the animal is wearing a collar with an identification tag at all times. The purpose of this page is to present matters of public interest to let Grand Prairie residents, businesses, visitors and other interested parties know about all the services, events and promotions in which Grand Prairie Animal Services is involved.
