Each puppy has their own personality and needs so we strive to match each and every puppy with the best possible home. The love of the Russian Toy started about 2010 when I accidentally stumbled across a picture of one and went WOW -what is the cute little thing! Took a few more years of research before I found my foundation male the incredible LUX and a few years later my foundation girl Coco. Both have made me proud producing National Specialty Winners. With my Dear Friend Karen Cooper as a breeding partner and the addition of Amy Kovak Harsch to pilot the dogs to success. The Wizbang team has enjoyed incredible success!

Wizbang’s will soon be retiring Clementine (5 yrs, never been bred) she will be spayed and receive veterinary care before retirement.

She is ready for a slower pace of life. She isn’t looking for an active lifestyle, but rather someone who is happy to share their couch, offer plenty of love, and let them nap the day away.

Clementine would prefer to be the only dog in the home, where she can enjoy all the attention.

We are looking for quiet, loving homes with individuals who are devoted to giving her the comfortable retirement she deserves.

Wizbang’s Leading Ladies Are Ready for Retirement!

Wizbang’s will soon be retiring two of our lovely ladies, Clementine (5 yrs), and Gigi (4 yrs, never been bred). Both girls will be spayed and receive veterinary care before heading to their new homes.

These ladies are ready for a slower pace of life. They aren’t looking for an active lifestyle, but rather someone who is happy to share their couch, offer plenty of love, and let them nap the day away.

Clementine would prefer to be the only dog in the home, where she can enjoy all the attention.

Gigi wouldn’t mind sharing her home with one other companion of similar size, but will be happy being the center of attention as well.

We are looking for quiet, loving homes with individuals who are devoted to giving these girls the comfortable retirement they deserve.

💋 A KISS TO REMEMBER IN BELTON, TEXAS! 💋

Now that the dust has settled and we’re finally getting settled back in at home, it’s time to celebrate a fabulous debut weekend for Wizbang’s Kiss in the Dark, “Floozie!” ❤️

Our little showgirl certainly knew how to make an entrance! Floozie stepped into the ring for the very first time and made quite the first impression, capturing a 5-POINT MAJOR on her debut day!

But this little lady wasn’t finished turning heads! She followed up her spectacular start by earning BEST OF WINNERS at the Russian Toy Club of Texas’s Inaugural Specialty!

We want to thank the judges who recognized Floozie in the breed ring throughout the weekend. It was truly a memorable start to what we hope will be an exciting show career!

A special congratulations to the Russian Toy Club of Texas on hosting its very first specialty! What a wonderful milestone for the club and our beloved breed. ❤️

💚 World Mental Health Day 💚

A reminder that you never truly know what someone is carrying behind the smile, the busy schedule, the accomplishments, or the “I’m fine.”

Mental health matters on the good days, the hard days, and all the ordinary days in between.

Check on your people. Be a little kinder. Give grace when you can. And remember that taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of everyone and everything you love.

And sometimes, healing looks like four paws, a wet nose, and a little dog who somehow knows exactly when you need them most. 🐾💚

Today, and every day, it’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to set boundaries. It’s okay to rest. And it’s okay to not have everything figured out.

Be kind—to others and to yourself. 💚
