Today we said goodbye to a member of the AMC family. ❤️🐱🐾
You may have seen Gus running around the clinic - although he avoided being up front, he did enjoy stealing everyone’s breakfast, snacks (including Runza ranch), and some good snuggles.

Starting May 4th, you will NOT be able to access the AMC parking lot off of Stolley Park Road due to roadwork. There will be a temporary access driveway off of South Locust Street - between Auto Central and the Anderson CDJR lot. Look for the Animal Medical Clinic sign (pictured below) that will be located on South Locust to indicate our temporary drive.

We are so grateful for the diligent work by everyone at the Grand Island Fire Department! The oxygen masks will continue to save many pets in the future! Check out the story on the link! 🐾❤️

🐾 A dog's life saved thanks to teamwork. 🚒

Earlier this week, Grand Island firefighters rescued and revived a dog from a mobile home fire using a specialized pet oxygen mask donated by Animal Medical Clinic - Grand Island, Nebraska in 2024.

That equipment helped crews quickly administer oxygen after the dog was pulled from the smoke-filled home — giving it a second chance. 🐶
