Yes folks it’s time for another member spotlight . This week we have Petey . Also this Friday we are doing something different. Coast guard fest is happening, catch us downtown, say hi and return to the clubhouse at 1 am to keep the party going .

Friends joke that he can smell the difference between oak and hickory smoke from a mile away, and he’s never met a brisket he couldn’t turn into a masterpiece with enough patience and a cold drink in hand. Whether he’s tending the smoker before sunrise, perfecting his secret dry rub, or insisting that “low and slow” is the answer to almost every problem in life, Petey pours his heart into every cook. Around the pit, he’s equal parts pitmaster, storyteller, and comedian, serving up generous portions of smoked meat, bad dad jokes, and unforgettable memories.
