Unfortunately we are hearing about canine cough in the community.

We do our best here to keep it at bay but like the flu/cold season for humans it does also run its course in the canine world. Every guest checking in is required to be UTD on their bordetella vaccine. This helps but does not guarantee ( like a flu shot) your pet is immune.

Things we can do as a team to reduce the spread:

Let us know asap if you have noticed any of the below symptoms

Keep your pet home at least 10 days after LAST cough or symptom.

If you know your pet will be with us please try to keep them away from the local dog park before they check in

Let us know if they have been to other facilities.

Have an emergency contact when dropping off.

It is spread through the air and through droplets. We do everything we can to sanitize. We clean and sanitize community spaces daily and will continue to do so plus some.
