Our first stop of the day was Taz, Bo, and Gus! 🐾 Their family has been with us for 12+ years, and we’ve been grooming Bo and Gus since they joined the family. ❤️

Their mom even surprised us with homemade waffles and pancakes this morning! 🧇🥞 We truly have the best clients.

Mobile is worth the wait! 🚐🐶✂️

Laynee has done an incredible job building trust and a bond with these pups, and Alex has been right there helping along the way. Their patience, love, and dedication to the dogs never go unnoticed.

We just had our shop windows cleaned, and wow—what a difference! Not only did he do an amazing job, but he was also incredibly polite, professional, and respectful from start to finish.

You can tell when someone truly takes pride in their work, and that was evident in every detail. Our windows are sparkling, and the entire front of the shop looks refreshed!

It’s always nice to support hardworking people who care about the quality of their work and their customers. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job for us! 👏🪟✨

I think sometimes owners spend so much time recognizing everyone else that they don’t always get recognized themselves. As someone who has worked along this woman for the past 3 years. I can say I’ve never met someone who is so compassionate about what they do who is genuinely in love with every dog they meet whether the dog is nervous, sweet, anxious or even aggressive. She makes sure every dog feels welcome at our shop. Running a business is so much more than grooming dogs all day. It’s long hours constant problem solving caring deeply about clients and their experiences supporting her employees which she celebrates each and every employees birthday I might add she is excited to give them presents balloons even a cake! The one thing I always respected about Katie is how much she GENUINELY cares about dogs her clients and everyone around her. She works incredibly hard to give so much of herself to what she’s built. She’s a great owner and a great boss on top of being a great mom and great wife. She always goes the extra mile and is always looking for ways to improve her business. Her business is her life and she loves it with her whole heart and it shows.
