Ace is a fancy, 13 year old, palomino roan gelding that is the true definition of all around and versatility! He stand the perfect height for everyone at 15h with a good strong, thick, build. Ace has been there and done that. He’s seasoned both in and out of the arena. Originally trained and shown in the cutting. Ace has a ton of natural cow sense which really comes in handy in the ranch as well. He can cut one out of the herd, sort them in the alley, pen them and load out a truck. We have gathered and roped on him out in the pasture. Any ranch job you need done he’s the guy to be your right hand man. He opens and closes any gate and is just as handy as the pocket on your shirt.

Out on the trails Ace makes it easy and relaxing. He goes where you point him on a loose rein and is easily guided over all the trail obstacles. Ace is happy to have one on one time with you or to go enjoy the trials with some friends. He will always get you where you are going safely, he is sure footed in rough terrain, has perfect foot placement crossing logs and handling steep hills. Water is no feat for him either, he truly is the best partner and friend a person can have.

Ace has proven himself to be family friendly for all levels of riders. He is so kind and gentle with the kids and youth. Ace loves attention and to be brushed, bathed and getting to hang out eating a bite of grass is his favorite time of the day.

You don’t have to go find him in the pasture for a ride he’s already there waiting for you at the gate. Ace has so much personality he makes owning him enjoyable and entertaining.

We have done all the arena props as well from carring flags, tarps, pushing the big ball, flying kites with the kids and dragging them in the sled. We have even started introducing him to gunfire. We have taught Ace to slide on over to pick you up off a fence, mounting block or anything available.

2021 Buckskin Gelding 14.2h

Beautiful, Buckskin and Broke! What more could you want? Well Rockstar has it all! He is the total package from showing in the ranch riding, working a cow, trail riding, or getting a job done on the ranch.

At just 6 years old Rockstar had been seasoned in a lot of different avenues making him perfect for the family setting. He was shown in the ranch riding by a youth girl. He loves attention from the kids and will stick he’s head over the gate every time you walk by looking for some scratches.

We have really enjoyed having Rockstar in our program. He got his name because he is always there for you when you need him. It doesn’t matter if he’s been sitting for a while, just grab him out brush of the dirt, saddle up and go! Rockstar is my first pick when I need to go gather the cattle up for a roping! Not because he’s the perfect height at 14.2h to fit under all the tree branches in the thickest of spots to push the cows out, but also because he has a ton of natural cow sense. He knows how to read one and enjoys doing it with his ears perked up. We have also roped on him in the pasture, he opens and closes gates with ease, is great to sort on in the alley, and is good with the sorting flag loading up trucks.

Rockstar is a saint out on the trails as well. He crosses water, bridges, downfall with ease. He’s traffic safe and doesn’t get spooked by wildlife. Rockstar rides in rough terrain, steep country and does it all safely with confidence. Take him out with a group of friends or go enjoy some time just the two of you he doesn’t mind either way. He’s a true partner and is solid in every way.

In the arena Rockstar is a blast to ride! He lopes out from a walk picking up both leads with ease. Has a nice spin, big stop, smooth transitions and easy lead changes. He side passes both ways, rides on a loose rein and is smooth in all gaits. Rockstar has a cute little jog and nice extended trot making him eye appealing and stylish.

Rockstar is use to all the commotion of the kids running around, dogs and daily ranch life. This is an outstanding young gelding that is athletic, genuine and can continue in so many different directions. Lay your eyes across this stunning Grullo mare. Dolly is a thick made 15H 1200 # mare. She has been ridden in the arena, down the trails and out on the ranch around cattle. We have ridden her everywhere around here and she has seen all the commotion of our ranch life with the kids, strollers, toys, equipment, dogs etc.; She has seen a lot! Dolly has a steady walk, smooth trot and lopes around the arena both directions easily guided with one hand. You can drag the barrel or pull the log. She is good with ropes and will track and rope cattle. Dolly is fun and easy to sort on and you can wrap her off on the fence anywhere and she stays put. She stands tied without a fuss, doesn’t have any bad habits and is easy to get along with. Out on the trail she rides one handed, will go up and down steep hills and through thick brush. Cross the creek and the wooden bridge, she is just point kick and go. We use her out and check the cows, bring in the pairs and sort them in the pen. On the trails she’s just easy peasy and one you will enjoy every ride. Dolly is also finished on the barrels, she walks in the area calm, goes the speed you ask making her fit a youth or adult. She won’t run by a barrel and has a very easy to ride style. You wouldn’t know she was a barrel horse to go ride she is calm and cool all the time. Dolly isn’t afraid of work and is easy to get along with while doing it. She can go to the ranch, enjoy her on the trails, ride her in the arena or haul her to the barrel races.
