It is with great sadness to announce the passing of my wonderful mother on Mothers Day, May 10th. While I know she left this world at home and is at peace, there is a void which will always be there. As she battled through her close to 5 year challenge with dementia, her selfless character and dedication to both people and animals always remained strong and will continue to do so. She is now a beautiful angel overseeing two and four leggers. I can see her riding horses, line dancing, traveling, gardening, enjoying baseball games and all of the things she loved. A celebration of life will occur (hoping in the summer) with a date TBD. For now, I am thankful to all of my family and friends who have supported me throughout this difficult journey and those who knew her and will keep her in their memories!
