We need to find Angus a new home. ❤️🐾
With Mom beginning treatment for small cell lung cancer, she needs to focus all her energy on getting stronger (and this will be a lifelong battle). As heartbreaking as it is, that means finding a wonderful new home for her best friend (although we're convinced he's her boyfriend 🤣) Angus.
Angus is a 7 year-old 100-pound Goldendoodle from a reputable breeder and the definition of a gentle giant. He’s wonderful with kids, a complete love bug, and convinced he is both human and, as this photo clearly illustrates, a lap dog. 😂
He LOVES his people and wants to be wherever they are. He’s good with other dogs, although definitely an alpha. He’s a great leash walker, doesn’t need a huge yard, but does need two walks a day. He occasionally barks, but mostly he wants love, companionship and treats.
And he has a system for getting those treats. Angus has been known to steal the TV remote when he wants attention. He doesn’t chew it. He just holds it hostage until you pay the ransom. You have to respect the strategy.
He’s a big, goofy, affectionate lover, and finding the right home for him would take one big worry off Mom’s plate as she focuses on fighting this effing cancer.
