We only want what is best for pets. In my 35 years experience grooming dogs, I’ve noticed a dramatic improvement in outcome when ears are left alone. We gently clean the outwr ear called the “ear leather” and leave the delicate canal alone… unless plucking and/or inner canal cleaning is requested and the risks understood. 🐾♥️
