Twenty-five years ago, our country faced an unimaginable tragedy.

​Following the attacks on September 11, 2001, Chris Byrne answered the call, serving as the K-9 Explosive Detection Supervisor for the World Trade Center Recovery Mission.

Alongside dedicated handlers and working dogs, he spent nearly a year on the ground protecting critical infrastructure, recovery zones, and relief sites across New York City.

​That background in high-stakes, real-world working dog operations is the foundation of everything we do here at K9one in Goshen, CT.
