R***r LaRue has been a part of the Gooding Veterinary Clinic family since 2023, and saying goodbye is definitely bittersweet. While we are so sad we won’t get to see this handsome boy’s face around the clinic anymore, we are even more excited for the amazing new adventure awaiting him and his person in Texas. We wish them both a lifetime of happiness, new memories, and endless adventures together! 🤍

We are fully staffed for the first time in 2 years! So excited to announce our extended (normal) hours!
A note of thanks from Dr. Parish …
Hiring, training, managing the practice, and maintaining my education and skills all while being a single mom has been more than an adventure the past few years. I have learned so much about leadership and team management. Offering the highest standard of care possible in a general practice setting will be my forever passion and life goal -because that is what my patients deserve. The foundation of this care relies on training an exceptional nursing team and nurturing a work environment that supports learning and self-development. This is apparently much easier to want than to create ;)
Thank you does not begin to express my gratitude for the patience, understanding, and grace my clients have given me through the past few years. I will continue to strive to be a better human, a better team leader, and a better doctor.
Thank you to my forever clients. Your encouragement, support, and humor have been a lifeline in these rough seas of veterinary medicine.

Say cheese!! 🧀

Maya is an adorable German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix who came to Gooding Veterinary Clinic for her very first puppy visit on 05/12/2026!

Like many growing puppies, Maya loves chewing, playful puppy bites, and late night zoomies! She kept our team smiling with her curious personality and squeezy cheese grin!

We couldn’t resist snapping a photo of her cheesy smile during her visit. We’re excited to watch Maya grow and wish her family many years of adventures, training and memories together! 💛🐶

Meet Baz!
Baz is a 7-year-old Belgian Malinois who recently sprained his carpal tendon during agility practice. With rest, lots of love, prescribed carprofen, and a series of Class IV laser therapy treatments, he is on the road to recovery here at Gooding Veterinary Clinic. Baz will be receiving six laser therapy sessions to support his healing process.

What is Class IV Laser Therapy?
Class IV laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses focused light energy to stimulate cellular repair and pe*****te deep tissues. This kind of therapy helps reduce inflammation, relieve pain, promote healing, and improve mobility in pets.

Laser therapy can also be an excellent rehabilitation option following surgery, orthopedic injuries, soft tissue injuries, or for managing chronic pain and inflammation.

We look forward to helping Baz get back to doing what he loves most—agility and adventure! 🐾

Kobe Mette is absolutely purr-fect!
This handsome 6-month-old Persian came to Gooding Veterinary Clinic two weeks ago for his feline neuter, and he stole everyone’s hearts while he was here.

Congratulations to the Mette family on their adorable new fur friend! We are so excited to watch Kobe grow into the majestic fluff king he’s destined to be. 💙🐱
