This weekend Skyler, Xander and I participated in a herding trial hosted by the All Breed Herding Club of Lower Michigan! Skyler earned two legs toward her Started Duck title with two first placements, she was a little… bouncy this morning and didn’t quite get that third leg! She tried her all on cattle and we got them around the course and made some wonderful progress on our cattle herding journey, but did not get a qualifying score this weekend. Xander earned his Started Sheep title this weekend and placed 5th, 4th and 2nd and was also awarded Highest Scoring ACD for the weekend!!!!

Big THANK YOU to everyone that helped with the trial, it takes a village and we have an amazing village!

Another good day at the St Clair Kennel Club show in Goodells! Roufler’s High Flying Adored RI PT HSAS SCN “Skyler” was awarded Winners B*tch, Best of of Winners, Best if Breed and Best Owner Handled under Judge Gloria Kerr and then went on to receive a Group 4 in the Owner Handled competition under Judge James Fankhouser!!!! As you can see by her expression she has not let it go to her head at all😂

Wayouts Walk With Me RN “Xander” was awarded Winners Dog and Best of Opposite S*x! He was a little confused when I was behind him and had a friend show him in the best of breed go around, but it was easier to stay on Skyler! He was a very good sport about it though!

Wayouts Walk With Me “Xander” was awarded Reserve Dog, he did kind of forget that he needed all four feet on the ramp this morning 😆 and kind of walked of the side of the ramp, just to jump onto the ramp from the side!🤦🏻‍♀️ And although Skyler is smaller than Xander, for some reason this picture just makes her look itty bitty😂
