Andermann Animal Clinic Andermann Animal Clinic was established in 2013 by Dr. Leslie Andermann, a native of Brittany/Burnside, Louisiana. We are excited to meet you soon!
(260)

Our clinic is companion animal only (dogs and cats) and we are open 6 days a week, appointments preferred. We have grown in the last few years and now have 3 associate veterinarians to provide great veterinary care for your pets! Dr. Julie Hackney, Dr. Jen West, and Dr. Mackenzie May are excited to meet you and your furry family members. Our clinic is focused on quality medicine combined with compassion and customer service. We consider pets as true family members and treat them as such.

The clinic is CLOSED today (9/7). We will resume normal hours tomorrow.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our clinic cat, Lieutenant Dan. He peacefully passed over the rainbow bridge yesterday afternoon, surrounded by doctors and staff (past and present), and a dozen more in spirit. From the moment he was brought into Andermann as a tiny kitten, he captured the hearts of all who were lucky to meet him. He was the first to greet us every morning, and our last goodbye every night. When our staff wasn’t with patients, they could be found pestering or loving on him. He could often be found checking on hospitalized patients, causing mischief in a cabinet, or performing maintenance and managerial duties in every corner of the clinic (both the old and the new). Most often though, he would be found napping and lounging for hours, observing every patient to pass by. We will hear his meows (yelling) every day at every meal and snacky time. 11 years weren’t nearly enough, but we are truly lucky to have known and cared for him.
