Our wirehairs come from European blood lines with generations of proof in testing and health checks through their system. Many of the dogs we breed and breed to are direct imports or born from imports.

The consumer today has no understanding of the value of a trained dog. 2000$ puppy, a years worth of training 12,000$ easily, vaccines/meds/feed 2000$, money spent on game used in training 2000$ 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Reinforcing some things with Maggie. As with all dogs you’re gonna run into bumps in the road, and currently with Maggie she’s decided to start spitting out the bumper before delivery. She enjoys the idea of “playing fetch” (fun) more than “proper retrieving” (more structured and more demanded of her)

This is the biggest hurdle I think for people to understand aside from genetic quality of dog …. It does not matter how good a pup prospect is if you cannot provide it with enough and proper game exposure to light those genetics on fire
