We had a little bit of everything today. Big dogs, Little dogs, old friends, new friends, outside play, inside play, jumping, running, climbing socializing, wrestling, resting and learning.

Most of all we had another day full of FUN with our Boarding guests, Daycare dogs and Sanctuary residents.

We have become very close with so many of these dogs. One of the results of working from home 7 days a week is that spend more time with these dogs than anyone else. As a result your best friends have become our best friends.

My camera roll is FULL of years of photos and videos of guests dogs. My mind is full of wonderful memories of them and my heart is full of love for them.

YOU, YOUR FAMILY'S HEALTH (AND OURS) - Getting regular FST for dogs is vital for human health because it prevents zoonotic diseases—parasites and infections that pass from animals to people. Common canine parasites like roundworms and hookworms shed microscopic eggs in dog stool that can accidentally infect humans, causing severe issues like tissue damage or vision loss. Giardia (commonly referred to as beaver fever) is a microscopic protozoan that can spread from dog waste into water sources or onto the dog's fur, causing severe gastrointestinal illness in humans

YOUR DOG- F***l samples are essential diagnostic tools for dogs because they allow veterinarians to detect and treat hidden intestinal parasites, bacterial infections, digestive imbalances and protozoan parasites like giardia and coccidia.

OUR FACILITY - Reputable dog facilities require f***l tests to protect your pets, themselves and their environment from common hidden parasites like hookworms, giardia, and roundworms. Many infected dogs will show no outward signs of being sick while shedding parasite eggs in their waste. Regular testing, along with sanitary measures help prevent small issues before they spread to other dogs.

Important - local FST needs to be done through Mid Columbia Veterinary Clinic. MCVC helped us establish our protocols to help keep your pet healthy so just bring them a sample, tell them you would like to use our services and they will know what to do.
