Dear Clients,



We’ve gotten off to a bit of a rocky start in January and February. Last Tuesday, Quantum Fiber—recently taken over by AT&T—left us in the dark with no internet due to outdated router issues. Attempts to fix it made it worse, and even a lengthy visit yesterday only got us partial functionality—Wi-Fi but no secure server. Our server is the brain of all the computers you see us use everyday.



Rest assured, I’m here to stay. We’re not closing. Despite rising commercial taxes in Jeffco and corporate buyouts driving up prices, I’m committed to keeping this independent and serving you.



Now, for the immediate plan: Tomorrow and Friday, we’ll be minimally operational via Otto, our text platform. This will allow us to communicate with you for urgent communications, however, it does not have access to our server either. We’ll handle emergency medications for patients—no more, no less. We’re working on getting everything hardwired again.

We had this sweet little lady in today 🐓

Normally we don’t see avian or exotic pets, so this was a pleasant surprise and a joy to have.

Dr. Hazel, who does relief work with us, is skilled in avian medicine and worked with this hen today. For our two technicians, it was definitely a learning experience in how to properly handle and radiograph chickens!

This hen was well socialized and didn’t mind it in the slightest 😍
