At this year’s Fire Muster, JCHC had a fun new addition — Squiggy! He joined the JCHC team to meet and greet visitors, spread the word about fire safety and emergency preparedness for people and their animal friends, and remind everyone to sign up for Lookout Alert (Smart911) to stay informed in an emergency. Tack Sale! Harvest Fest!
Horse Protection League's Fall Tack Sale, hosted by The Grey Tail, is taking place this weekend on Friday, Oct. 10th, and Saturday, Oct. 11th, from 10am-4pm both days. All manner of buckets, boots, chaps, totes, blankets, bits, saddles, pads, and more are available for sale.
On Saturday, Oct. 11th, from 2pm-9pm, they invite you to join in the music, food, games, and fun of Harvest Fest!

Thank you for attending our October General Meeting, and thank you to our speaker, Lydia Matisheck, who educated us about Equine Insulin Resistance, Laminitis, and equine Cushings (PPID).
