No time for a walk, or to play, or for your dog? A dog is a family member; every day, you prioritize them and make time. Sometimes that time is 9pm on a winter night at a deserted playground for a good sniff session, or driving with you to run errands, or play with toys from the sofa. My neighbors have a Border Collie that is inside all the time - no walk, no ride; they are rarely home. It's breaking my heart. I have a plan of action. I cannot call animal control because the dog has a dog door to small yard. Other concerned neighbors have yet to see the dog out , or people home beyond overnight. The dog spins all day in the front bay window. I’m sending a package with an encouraging note and some fun goodies. I’m hoping to open up the line of communication.
