🤍 EVEREST — MONTH-TO-MONTH LEASE AVAILABLE 🤍

Looking for a horse that can do a little bit of everything? Everest may be your girl!

15 years old • 14.1hh • Cremello Mare

Everest is truly a been-there, done-that kind of horse. She has experience in just about everything and is happy to spend the day doing whatever you have in mind.

🏇 Her experience includes:
• Gymkhana
• Pleasure shows
• All-around events
• 4-H Western
• 4-H English
• English riding
• Western riding
• Trail riding
• Roping
• Jumping
• Ba****ck
• And plenty of everything in between!

She has won buckles across multiple age groups at gymkhana events, earned checks in Novice 3D, and has done extremely well in both 4-H Western and English shows.

Everest is the kind of horse you can spend the day with — go ride trails, work in the arena, take her to a show, practice some gymkhana, or just hang out with her and enjoy having a horse.

She is generally more whoa than go at home, but can be more go than whoa away from home. She also has a definite marish personality and some spice, which is part of what makes her fun. She isn’t going to be a boring push-button horse, but she has the experience to back it up.

🩷 LEASE OPTIONS

FULL LEASE — $700/month
✨ Non-shared lease
✨ All-access use
✨ Trainer rides included

PARTIAL LEASE — SHARED
✨ 2 days/week — $400/month
✨ 3 days/week — $450/month

Shows will be considered case-by-case depending on the rider, show, and goals.

Everest is suitable for a confident 8–10 year old, while still being challenging and fun enough for an older kid or adult. She has the experience to teach, but enough personality to continue challenging a more experienced rider.

🏠 Located in Golden, CO
🏇 Indoor + outdoor arena
🎠 Tack included

If you’re looking for a horse who can show, trail ride, learn new things, play around in the arena, or simply be your horse to enjoy, Everest has done it all.

Julianne took Coyote around the pattern at a lope for the first time today, such a big boy.
When he figures out his legs and size a little better these two are going to be ones to watch out for .
I just love them 🩷

This kid went above and beyond this year.

Piper got Misty in November of 2025 and joined 4-H in December. Piper had done minimal showing, and Misty had never been to a show in her life.

Piper’s first horse. Misty’s first home away from the place she was born.

This year was supposed to be a learning curve. And boy, was it.

Being 11 years old with a 5-year-old horse isn’t something you see every day. There were going to be mistakes, there were going to be hard days, and there was going to be a whole lot of learning along the way.

And here we are, at the end of the 4-H season, less than a year together.

Piper and Misty won Western High Point for the entire county in their age group.

They won Overall High Point for the entire county.

And they finished Reserve Gymkhana High Point for the entire county.

LESS. THAN. A. YEAR.

A little girl and a young horse who had never shown before, figuring it all out together and somehow accomplishing something this incredible.

Things like this don’t just happen.

It took countless hours, hard work, frustration, tears, practice, patience, and a whole lot of trust between these two.

But more than anything, it took Piper believing in Misty and Misty believing in Piper.

I am so incredibly proud of this team. Watching them grow together this year has been something I will never forget.

Less than a year.

And look what they accomplished.

This was beyond. ❤️

Man oh man! What a way to finish out the season! Today was the final show, and WOW, was it a great one!

First off, Piper and Misty ran yet another incredible 18-second barrel pattern and won the class! These two were ON FIRE today, placing in just about every class they entered. Watching them grow together this season has been so much fun!

Nia and Everest sure figured out the art of the turns today! They were in the top placements for most of the day and looked like such a great team out there.

I even decided to bring a little more speed with Hazel today and joined Piper in making our first competition runs in a hackamore! Both Misty and Hazel seemed to really like the change, and it was fun to switch things up and see what they could do.

And then came the series results…

🏆 Piper & Misty — 4th Overall in the Series
🏆 Nia & Everest — 4th Overall in the Series, even after missing an entire show!
🏆 Kayla & Hazel — Tied for Reserve Overall in the Series!

I am SO proud of these girls and their horses. Seeing them gain confidence, learn, make mistakes, figure things out, and continue to push themselves has been one of my favorite parts of this season.

What a way to finish it out!

We just love McKeever! Thank you for an amazing final show of the season and for giving us such a fun place to learn, compete, and grow together. ❤️

Today we celebrate Zayne.

We lost Zayne back in July, and I still don’t think it feels real.

She came into my program almost a year and a half ago and was always such a light to be around. The other girls loved getting to ride with her, and Zayne was always challenging herself and wanting to try something new.

One of my favorite memories of her was how scared she was to canter at first. She was so nervous, and then once she finally figured it out, she never wanted to stop. That was Zayne. She loved ba****ck, barrels, and pretty much anything she could possibly do with a horse even if that was just coming out on a cold day and sitting with them .

She loved Silver and Hopper, but Hopper was definitely her favorite. She loved being able to tack up her own horse and just being at the barn. She even loved coming to ride on the days I was out of town and couldn’t be there. She loved having that independence and being part of the barn.

She loved the horses. She loved the girls. She loved this community, and we loved her.

The equestrian community lost such an incredible young rider. I feel so lucky and honored that I got to be a part of her life and watch her grow as a rider and as a person.

I wish we had more time with you, Zayne. You are so incredibly missed. The barn just isn’t quite the same without you. 🤍

About two weeks ago, Nia and I had the pleasure of making the trip down to Texas to ride with Flatland Performance Horses.

This trip was especially meaningful to me. After not being able to work with them for over a year, getting back in the saddle and having the opportunity to learn from them again was something I had really been looking forward to. It was a pretty special feeling to be back doing something I had missed so much.

I was also so excited to be able to bring Nia along and give her the opportunity to experience it with me. Getting to watch her learn, ride, and take everything in made the trip even more rewarding.

It was an incredible experience for both of us, and I’m so grateful I was able to make the trip happen. Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve missed something until you get the chance to do it again.

Thank you to Flatland Performance Horses for having us back. We had an amazing time, learned a lot, and are already looking forward to the next opportunity.

Finally back to riding under the lights, this is our favorite time of year !
