Missing the beaches in Oregon.

My first harvest of the year of my zucchini. Into the food processor it went. I throw my carrots, sweet potatoes and whatever I have in the food processor also to add into my vegetable bone broth for my dogs. Grating the veggies makes them 90% dissolve into the broth. I add ginger, kale, arugula and the apple cider vinegar will help leach out the good stuff contained in the bones. Chicken feet is great for collagen. Chicken hearts and gizzards finely chopped is a great addition also to add some organ meat in their diet. Throw it in a pot, cover with water, cook 12-14 hours on low and out comes a hearty, nutritious soup to add to your dog’s daily meal. Yum!!! It does taste good.
