Meet Shannon Ford. She's the friendly voice you hear every time you call L&L Puppy Patch. And let me tell you, Shannon wears ALL the hats around here. She keeps her big sister, Leslie, on schedule, delivers top-notch customer service, and manages the shop like an absolute pro.

Last week, we got to celebrate Aunt Carolyn's birthday, and it was such a joy. When she's not driving the bus for Godley ISD, she's right here at Patches blow-drying your furbabies with love and keeping us all in line as our unofficial chaos coordinator!
