One of best parts of being in the hobby is teaching kids about it and helping them with their first tank. Earlier this week I had a visit from my buddy Cal who asked his mom for a fish tank for his birthday. He took the time to properly cycle it, and thought long and hard about how he wanted to decorate and fill it. He came with a bunch of questions, and had a hard time deciding on what fish to choose. He left with big ol’ bag of goodies!! Sooooo excited to see how much fun he has with it, and how soon he asks mom for a second tank 😜
