Kit Kat went on a ride with a friend down the back of the hill and up an old back road. The hills are pretty big, but she is in such good shape now, she just plugged along like an old faithful pony. She was fairly relaxed the whole ride with a few little pauses here and there, but nothing needed but a little encouragement. So happy with how well she has progressed here with me! Excited for her momma to get her home and have all sorts of adventures together.

Both ponies will get their own real today! Started out with Chico and a ride down to the creek, which he is a huge fan of, he was hilarious checking out the picnic table, and then climbing down the bank I to the water. He splashed around in the water and drank well, and grabbed a snack. Then he rode back up the hill like a grown up pony. Cpl moments of silly, but sane and sensible. He is a cool little fella!

Two pretty great rides today with these two. Kit Kat was so great riding down through town, and went up some pretty big hills in the woods very well. Really proud of how well she handled traffic, and a bunch of commotion down in town too! There were kids and people everywhere.
Baby Chico was a little annoyed that I was asking him to ride a little fancier today, so we had a cpl moments of frustration, and then he realized I just wanted him to move off my legs and once he figured that out, he was golden! Then we trotted some circles when we came back, and he was great!
The weather has been lovely ♥️ hope you are all out enjoying it as well!
