Entries are still open for the AOC May Obedience trial the weekend of May 16-17. It will be a one ring trial offering Beginner Novice, Novice, Preferred Novice, Open, Preferred Open, Utility and Preferred Utility.

The premium and online registration form are posted on both the AKC and Albany Obedience Club’s (albanyobedienceclub.wildapricot.org/Obedience-Trials ) websites. Entries close April 29.

This is an excellent chance for you and your dog to have a positive ring experience in a relatively non-chaotic environment. Come join us!

PS. We'll be hosting a one ring Show and Go on Saturday, May 2: come join us for a chance to practice under trial conditions (except treats/toys will be allowed). Details will be posted on the website in the coming week. Keep an eye out!

We will be having a single, one ring trial each day.  This is a great opportunity to trial in a (relatively) calm, low pressure, supportive atmosphere.  Come have fun with us!

Does anyone have 20 pound hex dumbbells that they’re willing to donate to the club? They’re the perfect size to use as weights for the seesaw to keep it from bouncing when the plank hits the floor. We need 4, but will take fewer. Thank you!
