With my new processing center in Bethel, NY, I am now able to control the production of our popular NYS Creamed Honeys.
I can make bespoke small batch additions to our line up.
Remember our regular size has always been 16 ounces, but we now make some 4 ounce jars and a great chose your own selection 3 pack.
Her is my new NYS Barrel Aged Creamed Honey not yet in my online store but in stock for sale.
Let me know if there are any flavors that you feel people want, turn around is usually around 4 weeks Delton how busy I am with the honeybees.

Master Beekeeper Tom Wilk has a fine selection of our NYS Grown & Certified honey as well as our brand new made with our Whiskey Barrel Aged Honey. Ask to try any (or all) of the 7 different NYS Creamed Honeys not on the table but in my cooler to keep from melting.
